Returns Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Customers wishing to exchange for a different size and/or design are required to return the original item before the new item is sent.
Customers wishing to return for a refund are required to return the original item before the refund is processed.
Items returned for exchange or refund can not have been trained in or worn for an extended period of time however trying the item/s on is acceptable.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense including return freight.
